We become an extension of your build team, bringing design and project management together under one vision. From early architectural conversations to the final selections, we guide the design process and manage the details that keep everything on track.
Typically includes:
- Review and collaborate on architectural plans
- Guide exterior selections (brick, stone, siding, windows, roofing, etc.)
- Develop cohesive interior design direction
- Lead and coordinate all selection meetings (cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, lighting, tile, flooring, hardware, etc.)
- Create design documentation for your build team
- Manage communication and coordination with key trade partners

New Construction + Renovation Design
Design expertise without the project management.
For builders, contractors, investors and homeowners who have the construction side covered but need someone to take ownership of the design decisions. Whether it’s a custom home, a renovation or an investment property being prepared for resale, we create a cohesive design direction and handle the selections that bring it together.

Homeowner Design Consulting

Building or renovating a home comes with a lot of decisions—and it’s not always easy to translate your ideas into plans and selections your builder can execute. Our consulting service gives you access to our design experience to talk through your project, gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
Typically includes:
- Initial in-studio or virtual consultation to discuss your project
- Guidance on layout, materials, finishes and overall design direction
- Help translating your vision into clear direction for your builder or contractor
- Curated selections and recommendations
- A recommended project timeline and order of events
- Access to our trusted trades and resources
- A clear roadmap with next steps based on your goals
