Two perspectives. One vision.
From the earliest architectural decisions and the materials that shape the exterior—foundations, stone, windows—to flooring, cabinetry, lighting and interiors, we consider the home as a whole. One connected design. We work alongside builders, contractors and homeowners to create homes that are thoughtfully considered from the beginning.
Kristin is an essential part of OZ Custom Built Homes. As our designer and project manager, she brings creativity, organization, and close attention to detail to every custom home we build. She understands our clients’ vision, guides them through important decisions, and keeps the many moving parts of a project on track. I trust her judgment, value her dedication, and am proud to have her working alongside me.
