Eligibility for Exchange: To switch things up, your item needs to be as fresh as the day you got it – unused and chilling in its original packaging.

Completing the Exchange: Ready to swap? Just shoot us a quick email with your receipt or proof of purchase to info@kristinADDYSON.com, and we'll get the party started!

Repairs and Exchanges (if the fun applies): Once we get your item and give it some love, we'll hit you up with an email to let you know it's all good or if we need to chat further.

Shipping Shenanigans: You're the captain of your shipping journey! You'll be in charge of getting your item back to us, and shipping costs are on you (sorry, they're like the party poopers of the shipping world). Just a heads up – if you do score a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping costs.
